Information collected automatically: like most websites, we may collect technical information such as device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location derived from IP address, through cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and to improve the website.

Chat assistant conversations: messages you type into the website chat assistant are processed to generate a response, which involves sending the text of the conversation to our AI service provider. Please do not enter sensitive information such as PAN, bank account numbers, passwords or OTPs into the chat assistant; for such matters, contact us directly.

2. How we use your information
